Sugarcane Plate Production Process

The fibrous bagasse obtained during sugarcane production is transformed into compostable plates through a sustainable process:

Cleaning and Pulping

Bagasse is collected, cleaned, and processed into a pulp.

Molding

The pulp is poured into molds and shaped using heat and pressure.

Drying and Finishing

The plates are dried, sterilized, and trimmed for a smooth finish.

These plates reuse agricultural waste, are eco-friendly, and contain no harmful chemicals.

They naturally decompose within 60 days under natural environmental conditions,
and break down in just 8 hours in Octoen composting machines.
